MINUTES OF THE BENNINGTON COMMUNITY BOARD MEETING

Tuesday, May 23, 2006

I. Meeting called to order at 7:55pm

Board members present: Robin Palmer, Geovanny Fallas, Greg Mott, Brett Palmer and Adam Wohl.

V. Approval of Minutes:

· Minutes for the April 11, 2006 Board meeting were approved.

VI. Treasurer’s Report (Greg Mott):

The Bookkeeper, Jill DeLisi reported:

o Arrears are $30,000 minus the checks in the mailbox.

VII. COMMITTEE REPORTS

· Pool Committee

o There were some changes made to the pool rules in order to clarify certain items. Brett Palmer (Board member) will retype the rules and then they will be posted inside the entrance to the pool.

VIII. NEW BUSINESS

• A motion was made to use the money allocated for cleaning the clubhouse to instead help remodel the clubhouse kitchen. The motion was seconded and passed.

Information shared included:

· Carla Johnson (Administrator) is in the process of receiving another bid to fix the storm drains.

· Carla called the City regarding 38 Wade Court and was told they will take a look at the residence.

· Robin Palmer (Vice President) volunteered to be the liaison to the parking committee.

IX. OLD BUSINESS

• Parking:
• Robin Palmer made a motion that we accept the bid from E&M striping for marking the parking spaces. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously. Carla will find out about getting a permit from the City to have the work done.
