·        Bill Chatfield & Yvonne Gifford (24 E. Darby Court) wondered if maybe a light can be put in on the other side of 18th E. Darby Court.  They are also concerned about the drain near their house. Carla Johnson (Administrator) will call WSSC and ask if anything can/will be done to rectify the problem.

IV.           Formally Close Community Comments

V.    Approval of Minutes:

·        Minutes for the June 27, 2006 Board meeting were approved.

VI. Treasurer’s Report (Greg Mott):

·                    There is no Treasurer’s report.

VII.       COMMITTEE REPORTS

·                    Parking Committee

o       Robin Palmer (Vice President) informed us that E&M Asphalt is recommending we apply an undercoating to the asphalt before we have the striping done. Also, E&M wanted to hire a tow company for $1500.00 to be on call in order to move cars that have not moved out of the way. Robin recommended that the tow company Bennington hires will move the cars that are in the way of striping instead of using the tow company E&M recommended.

o       The Board made a motion to accept the original proposal from E&M Asphalt without the additional $5,000.00 charge to do an undercoating.  We will take care of the requirements for towing instead of hiring the tow company that E&M recommended for $1500.00.  The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
