| The Board of Directors created the Parking Review Committee following the Annual Board meeting on March 9, 2000, when many residents requested that parking spaces be assigned per household. It was decided a review of the current parking situation and a house-to-house interview would be undertaken. |
| At present, residents are allowed two vehicles per residence *. Any residents not abiding by these covenant requirements may face the consequence of having their vehicles towed at their expense. The Bennington covenants have been amended to allow the Board to assign up to two reserved parking spaces per townhouse. The Parking Review Committee is now in the process of preparing a plan for assigned spaces. Three community meetings will provide input from the homeowners prior to block-by-block meetings to pin down the specifics. Volunteers are encouraged to help with their blocks. Hopefully, the Parking Review Committee will succeed in preparing a consensus plan for the Board to approve.
